  • Appointments

      Appointments can be made 7 days a week between the hours 8am-8pm using our online booking form or by downloading our APP. After-hour or before-hour appointments can be made with special arrangement by e-mailing booking@myspa2go.com.

  • Cancellation
    • Cancellation policy

      Cancelling or rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours prior to your appointment without penalties. Appointments booked within 24 hours or same day will require full payment at time of booking.

      Private event bookings will require advance notice of any changes or cancellations.    Please inquire for further details on this.

  • Payments
    • Payments

      Only once your appointment time is confirmed, payments will be processed via credit card we have saved on your account profile. We accept all major credit cards. We will accept cash by special request only.

      Appointments REQUESTS do not process payment immediately-  Only once you receive an appointment confirmation email, which you will be able to approve or deny before payment is processed.

      Locations we serviced are: Manhattan and SELECT parts of Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, and Long Island. For other locations, email: info@myspa2go.com.

  • Transportation fee
    • Transportation fee

      Transportation fee will apply ONLY if the service provided is outside our covered areas.

  • Hamptons, Long Island
    • Hamptons, Long Island surcharge

      Hamptons, Long Island appointments will have an additional surcharge of $25.00 per service. (As well as all HOTEL concierge bookings)

  • Walk-up
    • Walk-up

      Walk-up buildings will require an additional fee  and must be informed when booking appointment.

      No more than two walking flights will be serviced for massage bookings. 

    • Gratuity

      Gratuity is at the discretion of the customer and is not included in your booking charge.  

      By request we can include it to your credit card.  

  • Your Health
    • Your Health

      Your health and safety is highly important to us. All our therapists and technicians are highly trained, licensed and perform professional services at all times. However, we do request you advise us of any medical history before treatment to ensure your overall health and physical safety.

  • Refusal of services
    • Refusal of services

      Refusal of services is permitted by our professionals if we feel any situation to be appropriate or uncomfortable.

      Minimum booking amount for all in home appointments is $85.00.
